The author Dr. Mini Vettical is a passionate dancer trained in Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyatam, Ballet, and Contemporary dance and has been dancing professionally since 1996. She practiced Internal Medicine as Assistant Professor, Baylor College of Medicine, Texas, USA and now lives with her husband and five children in Houston, USA. Due to her passion for cooking, she is constantly involved in exploring delectable, innovative cuisine.
